Location: San Salvador, El Salvador
Schedule: Full-time | Variable shifts (including nights as needed)
Pay Rate: $16/hour + $1,500/month tax-free per diem

Position Summary:

Futron Incorporated is seeking qualified Construction Escorts to provide security oversight of local personnel during construction and maintenance activities at the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador, El Salvador. This position plays a critical role in maintaining secure operations, safeguarding sensitive information, and ensuring all activities comply with U.S. government security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and accompany local or third-party personnel within secure areas

• Enforce U.S. government security policies and procedures on-site

• Identify and report any security violations or suspicious activity

• Communicate clearly with site personnel and security teams

• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports

• Stand post for extended periods and work outdoors in varying climates

• Support nighttime or off-hour shifts as required

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Active U.S. government Secret clearance or higher (mandatory)

• Prior experience in security, construction escorting, or oversight roles preferred

• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal communication and reporting skills

• Physically able to stand, walk, and perform duties in various environments
