Program Manager – NASA SEWP Contract
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area
Reports To: Company President
Salary: Starting at $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage our NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) contract. This role is responsible for full contract oversight, operational excellence, customer engagement, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate has strong federal contracting experience, deep familiarity with SEWP processes, and the ability to manage complex, fast-moving program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office staff and federal agency customers.
• Manage daily operations of the SEWP contract to ensure full compliance with all requirements.
• Oversee order intake, review, validation, and timely response activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams—including sales, contracts, finance, compliance, and OEM partners—to support proposals, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Monitor program performance, delivery timelines, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on all SEWP policies, procedures, and portal updates.
• Prepare program reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support growth of SEWP sales through business development collaboration and trend analysis.
• Manage vendor and OEM relationships to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant posting of all information on SEWP portals.
• Lead internal training on SEWP operations, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee implementation of automation solutions for bid responses to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal government contracts; SEWP experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and IT acquisition processes.
• Experience working with OEM partners, resellers, and federal sales teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with SEWP portals, reporting tools, and business systems.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
